Based on the STOTT PILATES® principles, this class unites the essentials of Joseph Pilates - breathing, control, strength, flexibility, and coordination - into a holistic full-body workout. ​

 

Each session follows the essential Reformer repertoire , combining precise technique with continuous flow. Exercises are designed to strengthening, mobilizing, and stabilizing your body while developing balance, control and body awareness.

REFORMER TONE & STRENGTH introduces more intensity through stronger resistance, quicker transitions and layered sequencing.

 

Expect focused, challenging work that pushes your stability and endurance while maintaining precision and alignment. Recommended for clients with prior Reformer experience.

 

REFORMER TONE & STRENGTH is where strength pushes further.

REFORMER -LEGS & BOOTY focuses on the lower body, building strength, stability, and control through targeted Reformer exercises for the legs, glutes, and hips.


Each movement is designed to create balance, mobility, and endurance, helping you move with more ease and power in everyday life.

Expect controlled, precise, and flowing sequences that tone and strengthen from the ground up, improving posture and lower body alignment.

Perfect for intermediate practitioners ready to challenge and sculpt the lower body, deepen body awareness, and find greater depth, focus, and control - and yes, those Pilates shakes are welcomed.

REFORMER - LEGS & BOOTY

REFORMER - CORE & ARMS

REFORMER - CORE & ARMS targets the upper body and core, building strength, shoulder stability, and postural alignment through focused Reformer work.
You’ll engage your arms, back, and abdominals in exercises that promote control, symmetry, and endurance.

With mindful pacing and a strong emphasis on precision and stability, this class enhances both strength and mobility, helping you move with confidence and control.


Perfect for intermediate practitioners looking to build upper body strength and deepen their connection to the core.
