Meet me, Dani
- Founder & Instructor of COR PILATES
Sports have always been a big part of my life. From gymnastics and volleyball to strength training and CrossFit, I explored different ways of movement that built strength, energy, and body awareness early on.
After abdominal surgery, I had to rebuild my core from the ground up - and through Pilates, I found my way back to strength, stability, and a deeper connection to my body.
Today, I am a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and fully comprehensively trained in the Pilates method.
My movement background spans more than 1,200 hours of professional training across Pilates, Yoga, gymnastics, breathwork and meditation - including 670 hours of Yoga education.
I am also a certified Pre- and Postnatal Teacher and fully comprehensively trained in the Pilates method.
But my experience goes beyond certifications. I have already taught more than 2,000 hours of Pilates alone, and my journey as a teacher actually began at 16, teaching children’s gymnastics and movement.
This combination of education and hands-on teaching experience has shaped my understanding of body control, alignment, strength and functional movement across different bodies and stages of life.
With COR PILATES, I created a space where people can experience real transformation - physically and mentally. A space where movement is taught with precision, knowledge, and purpose - while still feeling modern, challenging, and full of energy
My classes combine strength, control, and energy. I challenge you - sometimes beyond your comfort zone - while always focusing on technique, alignment, and understandingg how your body moves.
Because for me, Pilates is more than simply moving through exercises. It is about building a stronger, more capable body - and the confidence that comes with it.
