Meet me, Dani - the heart and soul of COR PILATES

Sports have always been an important outlet in my life. From gymnastics, volleyball, and gym training to CrossFit, I’ve explored many activities that gave me strength, energy, and balance.

After a abdominal muscle surgery, I had to rebuild my core from scratch – and it was through Pilates that I discovered the key to regaining strength, stability, and balance, and reconnecting with my body.

Since 2022, I have been teaching Yoga and Pilates independently and further trained as a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor. All my knowledge flows into every class, making each session a unique training experience.

Leaving my corporate career behind, I created COR PILATES as a space for others to experience the same transformation I went through myself.

My journey taught me that true strength comes from within and now I guide others to discover their own power, balance, and confidence through Pilates.

My classes are a mix of power, energy, and great vibes. I push you to your limits – and sometimes even a little beyond. Fun never takes a back seat, and technique and posture are always a priority. With me, you’ll find strength, empowerment, and plenty of motivation!
