STOTT PILATES® ADVANCED MATWORK™ (AM) TEACHER TRAINING

 

This course progresses to advanced material and offers additional options and challenges on the mat. Participants learn 13 exercises and demanding modifications to create an intensive workout for clients that requires strength, balance, and coordination.

• Prerequisites: Intensive Mat-Plus™ course (IMP) or Comprehensive Matwork & Reformer course (CMR); the IMP or CMR manuals are required.

• Included: 6 hours of instruction, digital video material. Examination fees for certification are not included.

• Qualification: STOTT PILATES Mat Instructor, Level 2 upon successful completion of the exam. This course is also a requirement for full STOTT PILATES Level 2 certification.
